Brodie Treloar is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company Australia. Mr. Treloar has over 15 years of investment banking experience advising public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries but with particular expertise in consumer, agribusiness and general industrials sectors. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Treloar was a Director and Head of Agribusiness at CIMB Group and before that a Director in the investment banking group at RBS and at ABN AMRO.

Mr. Treloar holds a B.Arts (Honours) from the University of Melbourne and a Masters in International Relations from the London School of Economics (Honours).

Yorick van Slingelandt is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Europe at Moelis & Company, where he is responsible for building out the Firm’s financial advisory and capital raising services across the region. Prior to this, Mr. van Slingelandt was Head of Moelis & Company in Middle East & North Africa. Mr. van Slingelandt has over 21 years of investment banking experience in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. He has significant expertise in cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of industries, including aerospace, defense, transport, infrastructure and telecommunications. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. van Slingelandt was Head of Corporate Finance at J.P. Morgan in MENA. While at J.P. Morgan, he also served as Head of EMEA Transport and Infrastructure and worked in Hong Kong to develop the company’s M&A team in Asia.

Mr. van Slingelandt holds an engineering and business degree (Ingénieur Commercial et de Gestion) from Université Catholique de Louvain and a Masters in Management from the Community of European Management Schools.

Kenneth A. Viellieu

Ken Viellieu is a Managing Director and Head of the Chicago Office of Moelis & Company. Mr. Viellieu has been in the investment banking industry for over 30 years, most recently as a Senior Managing Director and Head of Midwest Investment Banking at Bear Stearns and previously as a Managing Director and Head of the Chicago Office of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and an investment banker at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Over the course of his career, he has advised corporate clients and private equity firms on a broad range of corporate finance matters including divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance and recapitalization transactions, public and private equity offerings and corporate restructurings. In particular, he has worked closely with clients in the retail and consumer, food and drug retailing, industrial and transportation, financial services, healthcare and media sectors.

Mr. Viellieu holds a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and an M.B.A. with a specialization in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Viellieu is a member of the Children’s Memorial Hospital Foundation Board and a Director and Patron of the Big Shoulders Fund. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a member of the Dean’s Council at Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Mr. Viellieu serves on the Board of Trustees for North Shore Country Day School in Winnetka, Illinois.

Holger Vieten is a Transaction Advisor at Moelis & Company. Mr. Vieten has over 18 years of investment banking experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, he was an Executive Director in the European Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Vieten began his investment banking career in the Financial Institutions and M&A Groups at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Vieten has extensive experience advising clients on a variety of corporate finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, defense, restructuring and capital raising assignments.

Mr. Vieten holds a Ph.D. and an M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance with Distinction from the London School of Economics.

Craig Wadler is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Wadler joined Moelis & Company in 2011 and has 19 years of investment banking experience. Most recently, he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse where he was a founding member of the Hedge Fund Advisory business which focused on working with portfolio companies and investments of hedge fund clients. Previously, Mr. Wadler worked at UBS Investment Bank where he founded a Hedge Fund coverage business in 2005. Prior to joining UBS Investment Bank, Mr. Wadler worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Mr. Wadler holds a B.S. from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Osamu Watanabe

Osamu Watanabe is General Counsel at Moelis & Company. He was previously General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Sagent Advisors and prior to that held senior positions at UBS, Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, including General Counsel to GRP Partners, a venture capital fund affiliated with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Watanabe was in private practice at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Melbourne from 1987 to 1997 and clerked for the Honorable Morey L. Sear, Eastern District of Louisiana.

Mr. Watanabe holds a B.A. from Antioch College and a J.D. from Yale Law School, class of 1985.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Wood was Head of North American Utilities and Infrastructure and Global Co-Head of both Utilities and Infrastructure at Rothschild. Before this, he was a Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Citigroup and previously worked in Energy Investment Banking at JP Morgan in New York and London. Mr. Wood began his career as a member of JP Morgan’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in London.

Shlomo Yanai is a Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company. Mr. Yanai most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd from 2007 to 2012. Prior to Teva, he served four years as the Chief Executive Officer and President of ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd. During his nearly 15 years as a corporate executive, Mr. Yanai has successfully completed over 20 acquisitions and integrations. Mr. Yanai currently holds board positions at a number of companies and organizations including his role as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and member of the Governance and Compensation Committees at Cambrex, Director of Perrigo Public Limited Company, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Protalix BioTherapeutics.

Mr. Yanai holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University and an M.P.A in National Resources Management from the George Washington University. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of Harvard Business School and U.S. National War College (NDU).

Xiuping Zhang is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company.  Ms. Zhang has over 19 years of investment banking experience and was most recently Managing Director and Head of Asia M&A at Merrill Lynch. Previously, she was Managing Director and Head of China M&A at Deutsche Bank. She started her banking career with JP Morgan in New York in 1997. Ms. Zhang has extensive experience advising Asian, European and American clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Ms. Zhang holds a B.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an M.B.A. from Rollins College.
